Whereas the original chinaSMACK focuses on modern Chinese internet society and culture by translating into English its popular internet topics, trends, and the comments of its netizens, Advertising @ chinaSMACK aims to show another aspect of modern Chinese society through the noteworthy advertisements, advertisers, and ad agencies in China today. In addition to sharing interesting Chinese advertising campaigns that have recently appeared in China, we also feature industry interviews, analysis, and commentary from some of China’s Ad Men and Ad Women.
Our goal is to make this section accessible, useful, and enjoyable for both advertising professionals and everyday normal people with an interest in modern China.
