Lancôme, with the help of Mindshare China, launch their latest product Hypnôse Dolls Eyes lash effect mascara and take to the road. The campaign, which sees a Lancôme-branded bus transform into an interactive make-up station has already begun its tour of key Chinese cities.
The bus kicked off its journey in Beijing over the past weekend where cosmetic fanatics and trendy youngsters hopped on and experienced first-hand how Hypnôse Doll Eyes Mascara and Lancôme’s range of eye makeup products can transform their look. The looks include ‘Cute Doll’, ‘Sexy Doll’ and ‘Romantic Doll’.
The outdoor campaign aims to heighten consumer awareness of Lancôme Hypnôse Doll Eyes and to bring educative interaction directly to their weekend hangout spots. Lancôme brand ambassadors will be taking the roadtrip around key Chinese cities, with stops at 10 counters. Consumers can enjoy complimentary makeup classes and one-to-one eye makeovers so they too, can easily transform themselves into ‘big eyed dolls’.
The campaign, which is the first of its kind in the beauty category in China, began on August 31st and will run through to the end of September. The Lancôme bus departed Beijing yesterday and will arrive in Shanghai on September 7th. You can spot the bus in Nanjing on September 14th, Chengdu on September 21st and finally in Shenyang on September 28th.
