Taobao Mall Encourages Chinese Shoppers To Go Online

Taobao Mall Promotes Tmall.com

China’s answer to ebay, ‘Taobao Mall‘ (or TMall), is the country’s largest online retailer. You may remember its advertising campaign from earlier this year. The idea behind the ad was to show that millions of people were going online to do their shopping resulting in ‘Empty Cities‘.

Now Taobao Mall is hoping to further evolve Chinese consumers’ buying behaviour towards online purchasing with a follow-up campaign. The new TV ad promotes the premium brands that can be bought on Tmall.com and purchases can be made anywhere and at anytime.
