MG Car with QR code (a massive one on the roof, and a smaller more easily accessed version located on the passenger side door), takes you to a mobile optimised mini-site displaying car price ranges and specification info once scanned.
MG, a brand originally founded in the UK, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC). Since its acquisition, the brand has not only enjoyed success in China, but also in the UK where it is the fastest growing car brand in the UK market.
The QR code on the roof has the MG slogan “make the difference” subtly written on it (see above pic).
