UK Ad Chief Execs To Promote Brand Internationalisation

Taking place from today until June 1st, this week will welcome the start of the latest UKTI Multi-Sector Trade Mission, a mission focused on promoting brand internationalisation between the UK and China.

The mission, in cooperation with the China International Fair for Trade in Services, will attempt to bring this specialised topic to the attendees through various platforms including exhibitions, forums and trade talks, as well as a much anticipated presentation on “Building Brands Globally” by Russ Lidstone, CEO, Euro RSCG London and Stephen Maher, CEO, MBA.

In their presentation, they will use examples such as MBA’s Jackie Chan campaign for Brazilian private jet company Embraerm and Euro RSCG’s campaign for Chivas Regal whisky to demonstrate effective global brand communication techniques. In addition, they will be touching upon IPA’s China related activities, such as their three previous successful trade missions and how those missions have built relationships with key players in the Chinese market place and media.
